The 13th International Ibsen Conference

The 13th International Ibsen Conference will take place in TromsÝ 18 - 23 June. The conference is being arranged by the University of TromsÝ in co-operation with The International Ibsen Committee and Centre for Ibsen Studies. It is held in TromsÝ at the northernmost university in the world on 69,65 degrees North for the very first time in the 47 years old history of the conference. Previous conferences have been held in Shanghai, Oslo, New York, Bergen, Gossensass, Grimstad, Yale, Munich, Skien, and Cambridge. The theme of the conference will be Ibsen and World Drama(s).
